Founded in 1994, New Homes Realty is a full-service online real estate service that uniquely couples lead generation/online media with a national sales network. The New Homes Realty family of web sites allows buyers to view new homes, existing homes, and floor plans; read community descriptions and school reports; and find knowledgeable Agents in their area. In 2008 LendingTree, LLC acquired certain of New Homes Realty's assets and the New Homes Realty sales network of nearly 200 agents joined the nearly 1,100 real estate agents already working for LendingTree's company–owned brokerage, RealEstate.com REALTORS®.
